Kirsten reminded me that I hadn't sent out an email about where the new triangle badges go.  First, there are two types of trianges:  1) Journey Badges & 2) Legacy Badges.

Journey Badges go together in a bundle.  We are working on two journeys right now, Brownie Quest and Wonders of Water.  Here is the positioning for the journey badges:

A couple of important reminders and announcements: 

• Bring Brownie Books to the meeting tomorrow!

• Make sure to update your Brownie's totals on COCO http://www.abcsmartcookies.com/ so that they can receive a badge for setting cookie goals:

 

• We ARE NOT doing either March Council activity, so we will have a regularly scheduled meeting on March 13th.  So we won't be doing the Animal Antics at Sac Zoo (3/10/13) or the ReCREATE Birthday event (3/12/13).  Please mark those off your calendar. Our troop budget is getting low until cookies sales are finalized and our big expenditure was Brownie Quest.  Plus we will be super busy with Booth Sales.

• Speaking of Cookies....drumroll....we were the top selling troop in Davis!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Whooo hooooo!!! This is because I actually pre-ordered cookies for Eliza to sell.  Eliza and I plan to do Rolling Booth Sales in various neighborhoods, etc.  We will also have at least 4+ troop booth sales as well.  We will only have 2 girls per sale so the responsibility will be spread out.  The first two booth sales are 2/24 and 3/2, both from 1-3.  I'll send a scheduling spreadsheet out soon.

• Last but not least, I am in dire need of a troop treasurer.  The treasurer will handle all deposits, write checks, process bank statements, manage spending/income spreadsheets and end-of-the-year financial reporting.  I just don't have the time and in all honesty the leader should not be the treasurer.
