I coordinated this with Jen, and hopefully this works for everyone. The parent assigned for snack that day will also stay to help run the meeting. Please note that 1 date in March is tentative. If the meeting gets canceled, it'll be easiest if that parent is just "off the hook" so we don't get confused with bumping the whole calendar down one or two spaces.
Before this was set in motion, Jen had asked for us to volunteer dates we were available to help, and Melissa signed up for Nov. 14th. So Eve, I swapped Jenna for Ariel (Feb. 13) so they just swap dates. If your nanny is unable to help in the meeting that day, just email the group and I'm sure one of us can help out.
Also, if anyone needs to trade days, or something comes up, just email the group and please work out a swap/substitution, and let Jen know. Hopefully this makes life a little easier for everyone! -Kirsten
